This small panel is only 3W. So we have to connect multiple panels parallel. Now, we have nine panels of 3W We can produce up to 27W of electricity. To compare how much capacity this is, [Samsung Galaxy charger: 15-25W]

are about 15W to 25W. Now, let’s get into the actual production. This is about two star level of difficulty. – First of all, we need to see if this solar panel has gone kaput or not.
– Kaput?! Measuring its voltage with the tester, which is the multimeter, See! It has very good voltage! All the other ones are tested, too! Do you know how much I sweated because of you? So this is the plan. It’s foldable, and I will connect all panels parallel [QC 3.0 Fast Charge Module]

And I will let them charge with the QuickCharger 3.0 fast charge module. Prepare a soldering iron. Be careful when you use this! [Beware of burn from the soldering iron]
If you aren’t careful, you might be seriously hurt. [Shortkey diode]
Prepare shortkey diodes. The voltage flows from high to low. When the voltage of each solar panels is different, this prevents the countercurrent of electricity, which forestalls panel damage and reduces the electricity loss. Take notice of the directions of the shortkey diodes. [The white stripe is the direction of the current]
Bend this leg of the diodes. And cut a part of it out. On the plus side of the panel, solder it. If you are interested with the soldering process, please refer to the card on the top right. It’s hot when you grab it with bare hands. Use the radio pliers to hold the diodes when soldering. The smoke produced during soldering is not good for your health, so be sure to ventilate. So, do the same with all nine panels. Very good. [Wire AWG 21-23]
Prepare red and black wires. Solder the red wire on the striped side of the diodes. And the other side, solder with another panel. And again, with another panel. So, three solder panels in parallel. Ta-da! This is simple. Black wires are soldered in the minus part. Like the red wire, solder them parallel in three. If you know how to solder, it’s not complicated. The solder depends on the tools! Relax your wrists occasionally. If you don’t, they will be contracted! – Bullsh*t.

The ones connected in three would be connected parallel again. Solder the red wires! To make parallel connections in threes, I did jumps and jumps. Do the same with the black wire. The final connection looks like this. Isn’t it so simple? [QC 3.0 Fast Charge Module]
Now prepare the fast charge module of the QuickCharger 3.0. It looks like this. It’s ugly, right? [The input is located at different places depending on the manufacturer]
The pluses and the minuses are located at different places from model to model, so be aware of that. Solder the lines onto this module. And solder the plus and minus [The plus wire goes to the white stripe of the diode]
onto anywhere on the solar panel. Because it’s parallel, if you work it on to one of them, all of the are connected. Ta-da! The important things are done. [Recommended to test them right after production]
I recommend you to test these. I will make it foldable so that you can carry the solar panel. [Thin leather]
I will use leather. Place it in the back of the leather, And carefully flip it. It you are worried about the soldered wire that are exposed, [Kapton tape]
[A luxury tape, resistant to heat, cold, and chemicals, and insulates well]
Use the Kapton tape. If there’s the electrical tape for electricity, For electrons, we have the Kapton tape. Flip it and arrange it. [Be aware of the short circuit!]
Line up! Fall out and fall in in three! [Okong glue]
And attach it with an adhesive glue. It’s lined up neatly. And cut off the legs of the diodes sticking out. [Glue gun (hot melt)]
Lastly, glue the edges of the panel neatly with the glue gun. Prepare a ruler and a utility knife. [Careful not to cut yourself!]
And cut the unnecessary leather along the panels. Be careful not to cut yourself. It will seriously hurt you. Cut it all out, and get rid of the plastic on the panels. This feels so good, like opening a new product. It’s done. It’s foldable like this. And it’s portable with one hand. It’s about as heavy as a “Gram” laptop from LG. But the modules and the wires are exposed like this. I will just leave these because I’m a music student who’s ignorant of aesthetics. You can decorate it as you want. See, It looks like an armor suit from an ancient era. I think I can block BB gun bullets with this. It’s foldable, so I can make this into many different shapes. Now, let’s try this. Go! Measured with the tester, it produces 13V of electricity. Very good. Now, connected to the smartphone with the USB port, Ta-da! It says it’s the “Smart Fast Charge.” The QuickCharger module is working very well. It’s being charged so well. [It should be sunny with less clouds.]
