THE CITY MOBILE IS LESS THAN A MONTH AWAY FROM SEEING THE RETURN OF CARNIVAL CRUISE LINE. AND OFFICIALS HAVE SPARED NO EXPENSE MAKING SURE THE ALABAMA CRUSIE TERMINAL IS READY FOR BUSINESS. CREWS WERE OUT WORKING ON THOSE TODAY AS THIS AREA IS STILL VERY MUCH A WORK IN PROGRESS. 4-MILLION DOLLARS IS A LOT OF MONEY, BUT SHEILA SAYS IT’S WORTH IT.
